I can’t say enough good things about AUC and their incredible team. When my dog Started bleeding after accidentally removing his stitches from knee replacement surgery I rushed in completely panicked. From the moment we walked through the door, every single person there treated us with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The staff acted quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure my dog was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. You could tell they genuinely love animals and understand how stressful it is for pet parents in an emergency. They not only provided excellent medical care but also gave me peace of mind in one of the scariest moments I’ve had as a pet owner. My dog is now recovering wonderfully thanks to their skill and dedication. They even followed up the following day to ensure we were both doing good and to see if they could do anything else for us. I’m so grateful to everyone there-they went above and beyond, and I’ll never forget it. If you ever find yourself in need of urgent care for your pet, this is the place to go. ❤️🐾

This was my first visit to this facility, and I had such a pleasant experience. The entire staff was kind, patient, and very understanding. They kept me updated on my Yorkie’s health throughout the visit and made sure she felt comfortable the whole time. I truly appreciate their care and professionalism. Overall, the service was smooth, reasonable, and very satisfying. Thank you to the team for making our first visit such a positive one!

I was very pleasantly surprised with our experience at Animal Urgent Care of Bentonville. From the minute we walked in the door you could feel they were a caring facility and they shared our concern for our dog. During the entire time they kept us updated as to what they were doing and how our dog was responding. They were extremely patient answering all our questions. Dr Roderick and staff were all great. The facility is well equipped including x-ray and blood testing on site. I recommend AUC for anyone with a pet emergency.

I rarely leave reviews but Dr Fuggett and his staff are absolutely amazing. I can say without hesitation, he and the entire staff went above and beyond to do everything possible to help my very sick 12 yo pup I love so dearly. They also helped me knowing we have done everything possible. Idk how much longer she has but I know in my heart she got the best care I could give her. One of the techs Steven kept me in the loop during 4 days inpatient on both her stays in last 2 weeks. Dr Dickey even helped me load her yesterday to bring home . I would give 20 stars to the exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate doctors and staff Dr LB Stringfellow

Dr Roderick, the office staff, and techs were all so kind and helpful with me and my sick pup. They listened well, made me feel welcome and comfortable while I waited, and the doctor explained everything in language I undwrstood! I couldn’t get in to my regular vet and this was a great alternative for my peace of mind and for Winnie to get immediate relief.
