The facility is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. My Lucy girl is always in the best hands there. I love that I can go back with her while she is being examined and to be able to have a conversation about her care/treatment plan with her Dr. without feeling rushed. They truly care.

I rescued a dog (Annie) who is very timid and scared. Both the Vet Tech and the Veterinarian were so patient, kind and thorough with her examination. I feel confident and comfortable with 69 South caring for our sweet girl!

The vet was very jumpy and nervous around our dog, saying things like "you never know what you walk into with these appointments" and insinuating that our dog was going to attack when our dog was genuinely so happy to be there. Our dog was wagging his tail and excited for even shots - seriously - and the vet would make comments such as "oh I hope he doesn't bite me haha". We felt very uncomfortable with the comments, like he was judging our dog to be aggressive due to his breed (pit mix) when he was just being such a happy dog. We will not be returning.

The staff is friendly. The clinic is very clean. Dr. Wags is caring and was able to answer all of my questions. They provide great care for my new kittens.

Dr Wagenheim and his staff are the most kind and caring Vet. We have unfortunately been through three transitional phases with them and they have been extra kind and supportive throughout them all. Highly recommend their care for your furry family members!
