What a beautiful service these poeple provide. I can tell they are genuine animal lovers, who dont want to see them suffer at all..from the moment I had my first phone call with Ross, to the end of our appointment, everything was so beautiful and emotional. I really appreciate you guys coming the day of. Worth every penny, and I would do it for every one of my animals. My Charley was my heart dog. When they told me they would take care of her like she was their own, I believe it. Thank you..as someone in the pet industry too, I have a hard time trusting. But I trust my baby is in good hands. ❣️ Thank you for her beautiful, peaceful last moments with her in her own home.

This is the first time I've used this service but if I ever have to put a pet to sleep again, I won't hesitate to give them a call. They are so kind. I spoke with Ross Scruggs who thoroughly answered all of my questions and managed to understand me through my tears. He had to call me twice because I wasn't thinking clearly and he had questions about my intake form. The entire time he was patient and understanding. Dr. Lydia Wade showed up to our home. She is wonderful, caring, kind-hearted and gently efficient. She explained the entire process and let us spend time holding Chuck Norris and saying goodbye. She even spent time after he passed allowing our other 2 dogs to figure out what was happening which I've read is important to the canine grieving process. They provided after care and we will receive his urn in about 2 weeks. Today, I received a sympathy card in the mail, signed by the whole team and they included a little snippet of his fur. Chuck was a 17-year-old Maltese and for such a small dog he left a huge hole in our family. He was terrified of going to the Vet. If your pet's life has to end this way, I highly recommend Compassionate Crossings. They provide the honor and dignity a beloved fur-baby deserves and they pass in the comfort of their home surrounded by people who love them.

We are so happy we chose to use compassionate crossings for the hardest decision any pet owner has to make. Our sweet lab junebug who was 14 years old had been suffering from “old dog syndrome” for several days and was not showing any signs of recovery, the decision was made and that’s when I found compassionate crossings and I’m so glad I did. Dr.Lindsey was so loving and caring with Junebug and sensitive to our needs she made the process of crossing over for Junebug painless and so relaxing for all of us. I would highly recommend this approach to end of life care for your pet. Thank you again for providing this much needed service to pet owners and pets in our area.

It's difficult to put into words. Dr. Lydia Wade made the process so loving and peaceful for us and Bo. There was no rush. I wish I could give Compassionate Crossings and Dr. Wade a million google stars! I strongly recommend when the time comes for your pet's crossing you do it at home and with Compassionate Crossings.

I used Compassionate Crossings to help my dog cross the Rainbow Bridge yesterday. Every interaction I had with Ross and Dr. Lindsay was prompt, professional, and filled with compassion. I am so glad I decided to have someone come to my house to let my dog cross over. My dog had a death with dignity surrounded by his family. Dr. Lindsay was incredible throughout the whole process. She explained every step, let us take our time, and helped my fur baby cross over in absolute peace. I could not have wished for anything better and I will be forever grateful. I recommend their service to everyone. I can’t imagine taking my dog to the vet at the end of his life after going through this peaceful experience. Thank you ❤️
