We submitted bills for routine wellness services and were mildly perturbed to receive an emailed form letter requesting our dog's complete health history. The explanation of benefits was promptly received, clear and concise. (Praise not heaped on most human health insurers). We hope our beloved companion never suffers a serious injury or illness, but this prompt, efficient, and properly documented claims experience has boosted our confidence that Spot Pet Insurance will promptly provide the promised financial assistance should it ever be needed.
