Dr. Pagel is a gift to Griffith and our animals! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pagel and the entire team at Griffith. My cat was very sick and had been diagnosed with histoplasmosis by two veterinarians in the practice. When one of those vets left the office, at the beginning of the diagnosis, I was incredibly anxious given how complex and sensitive this case was. I was fortunate to have Dr. Pagel recommended to me and she took over my cat’s care, and from the very beginning she exceeded every expectation. Dr. Pagel spent an extraordinary amount of time with me; carefully explaining symptoms, her understanding and time spent reading Dr. Kelly's notes, treatment needs, and next steps in a way that was thorough, calm, and easy to understand. We had 6 in-clinic visits over 9 months. During every visit, she was professional, patient, and genuinely empathetic. She always made me feel like my concerns mattered and that I never had to rush through questions or decisions. Her communication was outstanding. When she left messages, they were detailed and thoughtful, always offering time to talk further and including something encouraging, for both me and my cat. In an incredibly stressful situation, her reassurance and clarity meant everything. What stood out most was her tenderness and obvious enjoyment in helping my cat. It was clear she truly cared, not just about the diagnosis, but about my cat as an individual and about me as well. I felt completely supported and confident in her care. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Pagel and the Griffith team and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and exceptional veterinary care.

Dr Kelly has been incredible! She did acupuncture on my cat, Indy, who loved it! Recently, I brought my cat, Macy. Dr Kelly and the vet tech handled my girl so gently. The doc personally called me to discuss the care plan, which I appreciated. After 1 dose of medication, Macy was back to eating and acting normally. I appreciated all there help. I will sincerely miss Dr Kelly as she helped at leave 3 of my cats have better, healthier lives 💕 Here’s a pic of my cat the evening after her 1st treatment. Thank you all 🙏🙏🙏

Griffith is an amazing place to take your pets for all veterinary needs. Our puppy has been very well cared for during her routine visits and recent spay. The entire staff is so friendly and they truly love animals. Our dog actually looks forward to going because she gets so much love and attention. I cannot recommend them enough!

We are so happy to reunite with Dr. Kelly at Griffith Small Animal Hospital. She and the practice’s staff are so warm, welcoming and professional. Our three cats Patrick, Stevie and Winky are in great hands.

Dr. Abbey was fantastic. Recently, our family went through an extremely difficult experience with our dog and she was there with us, supported us, and provided guidance every step of the way. She provided all options available, helped us weigh the pros and cons, and gave us her expert opinion. We could not have asked for a better Veterinarian.
