I cannot say enough good things about the Cat Hospital of Austin. My cat Josephine is extremely scared of people and has always been a challenge at the vet — we’ve even had past experiences where vets couldn’t complete an exam because of how stressed she gets. But the team here truly went above and beyond. From the start, they were incredibly transparent about pricing, sedation options, and the care plan. Their drop-off setup gave Josephine the time and space to calm down, which made a world of difference. Throughout the day, they called me multiple times to give updates, answer questions, and make sure I felt informed and comfortable with everything they were doing. Thanks to their thoughtful approach and true expertise with cats, they were able to give her the care she needed — something I didn’t think was even possible anymore. I’m so grateful for the team at the Cat Hospital of Austin and highly recommend them, especially if you have a cat who struggles with vet visits.

You all care about cats, truly care, and that's rare and special and amazing. Tysm for helping my friend. I'm so excited for the relief he'll finally feel after suffering so long. He's so sentient and sensitive. Yall all angels.

Lady Magnolia Hammington needs top notch care and that's what we always get here. She had rare bladder stones and Dr Percival helped us get to the root of the problem and helped our rotund rescue reach a comfortable state of life.

I cannot put into words how thankful I am for the kind hearted people who work here. I rescued a cat that had hypatic lipidosis, and these wonderful souls saved his life. It was a very long, hard road, but they were there every step of the way. No matter how many times I would call, or how many questions I had, they were always there for us. At one point, I was very discouraged, and they may not know it, but they are what pushed me through it. I would recommend Cat Hospital of Austin to ANYONE who has a cat. I have always brought my cats here for regular check ups and other non emergencies, the prices are fair, and they all treat you like you are part of the family! They really showed me that there are good people in this world, and don't see your animal as dollar signs, as most vet offices do. I cannot thank this amazing group of people enough, I was truly blessed to have them during this very trying time. 😻😻😻So, if you want good people taking care of your cats, who won't gouge you on prices, this is the only place to go.

This is my go-to place for my two cats. I've used them for routine examinations, vaccinations, and major surgeries and the quality and care of service is unmatched. It is a little more pricey than some clinics, but it is expected from specialized clinics. My cats are big babies so the cat-only atmosphere that they provide helps to make the visits a little better!
