Dr. Kenneth Emmanuel is the best veterinarian! He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident in every step of my cat Agatha’s care. The entire staff is also amazing—everyone is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the pets they see. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care we received and highly recommend Dr. Emmanuel and the whole Banfield team!

Best Veterinarian experience I've ever had and I've been to a lot of Vets. I've been to Banfield veterinarian hospital in Delray Beach 5 times and I was so pleased with their services. The staff is very accommodating and there's no long waiting time during any part of the visit. I'm a Wiener Dog Mom!!! I'm picky!!

My puppy Damon, a 3 years old Frenchie, had his two last vaccines at this hospital on Saturday. However, they did not really helped him on his emergency on that Sunday after the vaccines and had not even ask for his health 2 weeks after the incident… Banfield Pet Hospital in Delray Beach didn’t care about my baby Damon, who never had health issues before under Calusa Veterinary Care . When I called on my way to them, due to my Frenchie’s situation, they said the vet was in her break and was not coming back until two o’clock. When I arrived, very calmly one of them sit on the floor to start asking me questions about the possibility of Damon having eaten something that poisoned him or been exposed to heat due to his temperature even though I had already explained he was home with AC. The day before, Damon was due for one vaccine and they offered to put an additional vaccine that was required in Florida, for the weather and environment exposure. They recommended me to give Damon a Benadryl 25 mg as soon as I arrive home in case he had an allergic reaction to the two vaccines. I am a hundred percent sure he suffered a vaccine reaction that affected his neurological system, because I brought him with breathing difficulties and overheated and with a not common rear legs shaking and when they took him inside a room without me or my husband, when he came out he was not even able to walk. His legs stopped working and they just send me to an emergency hospital in Boynton. They didn’t follow up with Damon’s health next day and is been almost two weeks and they never showed up. When my husband called to cancel a year plan they offered for Damon monthly care, they are trying to get the expenses from Saturday treatments retroactive to cancel the plan even though my husband explained my puppy died. This hospital is only another business, they don’t care genuinely about your dog. “They kill my 3 year old puppy!!!” I will not let my husband pay any more bills. I don’t recommend this place to anyone that love their pets as their family… On the other hand, What a difference between human beings doing their jobs with love and good hearts!!! Calusa Veterinary Center in Boca has always been the best veterinary my French bulldog Damon had!!! Also, the hospital Veterinary Emergency Group that assisted Damon on his last minutes and put him to sleep at the end, they showed real concern and compassion toward my little Damon and us. God bless them and their good hearts… Both other pet hospital and vet, mailed a sympathy card to support my lost!!! I regret taking my baby to this place :( A year ago my pet died due to their negligence. At the end of the year I kept receiving messages for appointments of a 3 year old frenchie that is not longer alive and that they even had the wrong birth date on their records. I requested to add me to a no call list and I still got calls and never an apology on their behalf. Yesterday again, I got a text and called them and requested not to call, this morning, I received another call, they called me Diana, other name and then after I repeated the phone number and confirmed I am not Diana, and requested not to call again, they dial my number again, I call back very upset, and asked to speak with the manager, which said it was the person answering, Laurie was her name. I repeated don't call this number again, I will sue you! She was the same person calling some minutes ago. Can you please have respect and remove my phone number and check your staff that is mixing clients information. My number has been the same for 20 years and it is no professional to have neither compassion nor professionalism to treat people. I know for you is just a business, for us our dogs are our babies and you are crossing a line. I don't want more calls!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We usually go to the Boynton Beach location, but they were fully booked, so we ended up here. The receptionist, Lori, was so kind and accommodating. The techs were awesome too even though I didn't catch their names. Dr. Bump is who I have an issue with. I overheard that she’s a relief vet, whatever that means. She talks to you as if she’s very rushed. She doesn’t take time to answer questions without making you feel stupid. She was snappy to one of the techs in front of me when he brought my dogs bloodwork results into the room. She said “can’t you see I’m talking?!” When I asked her about using care credit to cover the very expensive X-ray we were recommended to get, her literal response was “I don’t get involved in financial stuff.” Dr. Bump is like talking to a condescending and rude ex boyfriend. Part of being a caregiver is caring. She should go through some sort of sensitivity training because nothing about a rude vet is appreciated especially when you’re spending close to 1k to see them.

Brought our doggie recently for an ear infection. They were quick. Efficient. Helpful. Gave us ear drops for Gus. Go and bring your pets. Plenty of parking as well. In a nice strip center. East of I95.
