Greed should be the motto. Regret choosing this company.
If I could put I zero, I would. This is an absolute waste of money. If your dog has an ailment of any kind, be prepared to simply pay all the bills yourself. They will continue to ‘process’ your claim for several months and then inform you that they cannot process the claim due to them not having the documentation provided. When you submit a claim, you upload the receipt. How does it get lost? Obviously they had the information when they began to ‘process’ the claim. The point of getting this was to ensure that if anything were to happen to my dog, I would not have to worry about being able to choose the absolute best option without fear of going in massive debt in the other parts of my life. My dogs are like my kids and I am willing to do anything for them, but this was garbage. It was a considerable payment each month so they can slowly process a claim and then process it longer when they somehow do not have the receipt that you originally provided. It seems like a profitable system for them. Greedy and corrupt! Taking advantage of people who love their pets! This company knows what they are doing, getting monthly payments as they take as long as possible to get more of those monthly payments before they decide to even bother with their clients. Because it takes months to call a vet to verify that the invoice and treatment are real and whether or not it is covered?!? It is just ridiculous. They will make all of these promises and explain all of the ways that they help, but it is all lies. Just save that money each month for any possible emergency. At least it will be going towards something of use.
