Very kind representative
Your representative was very kind. Unfortunately I think you will always think my dogs problems with allergies. Because once when he was a puppy they said he had allergies . This was before we had insurance. Therefore my dog will always have a pre-existing condition

No limit coverage is a life saver for our allergic labrador
Our seven year old Labrador has unidentifiable allergies. To stop her from chewing off her paws, we give her an expensive medication. She has been getting this for 90% of her life, and trupanion has paid for 90% of the cost.
We did the math a while ago and we have saved about 12k because of our insurance investment. We are appreciated that you are as good as your word, and haven't added a maximum amount for coverage. Thank

Compassionate and professional.
I have been so pleased with Trupanion since the start of my policy when I got my puppy Wilbur, 3 1/2 years ago. In that course of times, I got a second Dogue De Bordeux puppy named Charlotte and went on to rescue, my Lhaso Apso Winnie. All of my dogs are covered by Trupanion. I have called them on many occasions for questions about my policy, they have always been polite, understanding and professional. This past June, when I took my dog Wilbur to the vet for one particular issue, by accident we discovered that my baby boy was suffering with Kidney Disease. The warning signs come to late. I was shocked at this news and just down right sick and so very distraught. I must've called Trupanion daily for the next few weeks after his diagnosis each time crying with such despair and hopelessness. Every single agent let me cry and talk my frustration out with them. They truly don't understand how important that was to me at that time. I will continue to fight for my dog Wilbur's health, and I am so grateful for my policy that I have with Trupanion. They help me with all the expenses that come along with my boy's disease. I'm trying so very hard to keep him alive for as long as possible and I am so very thankful that I have Trupanion on my side and that I get to deal with such kind, compassionate, animal loving people. Thank you Trupanion for everything you have done and continue to do for me and my family.

Literally a Lifesaver
We have been a Trupanion policyholder for years. We currently have 4 dogs and 1 cat - all insured by Trupanion - however, have had other pets previously insured. Trupanion was there to help us with expenses when our cat was diagnosed with cancer. They also helped with our dog who developed kidney disease. Both of these pets eventually passed away, however, Trupanion helped to extend their lives and their quality of lives with their 90% reimbursements. It was peace of mind knowing that once we met our deductible, we were reimbursed at 90% for their medications and tests.
Trupanion allows you to fluctuate your monthly premiums depending on the deductible that you choose. This is very helpful in a multiple-pet household. The claims service is easily done online and the turnaround (direct deposit) is usually within a few days. You can file claims immediately or stockpile them in batches - which makes them even more convenient. Once the claim form, for a single incident, is signed by the doctor, you can re-use it - so you don't have to carry claim forms to the vet. The insurance portal is also convenient to use.
Our pets are a part of our family and we would NEVER consider not having insurance on them - just as we wouldn't for our human members. Being avid pet owners, we have tried other pet insurance companies, however, we have found Trupanion to be the best. Trupanion is well worth the premiums to give you the peace of mind to know that you have help with the financial burdens of your pets' illnesses.
Monthly Cost
Your monthly premium is determined by multiple factors including your pet’s species, gender, breed, age, zip code, and the deductible amount you choose if your policy allows.
Coverage
Depending on your plan, the Trupanion policy pays up to 100% of your vet bill for all eligible expenses. There are unlimited payout limits, always and Trupanion will never increase or cancel your coverage because of claims you submit. Coverage includes new accidents and illnesses, hereditary, congenital, and chronic conditions, diagnostic tests, hospital stays, and much more. Trupanion prides itself on paying out more on the dollar than any other provider and has paid out nearly $2 billion in claims to date.
Payout Limits
The Trupanion policy* has no payout limits, so whether your pet needs one quick visit or a lifetime of care, your coverage won’t quit.
That can mean a big difference if your pet develops a chronic condition requiring extended care like allergies, diabetes, or even cancer.
Deductible
If your Trupanion policy has a deductible, you can customize it to fit your budget. You can choose from $50 to $1,000 in increments of $5, or choose to have no deductible at all. Trupanion deductibles are per-condition and good for the life of your pet. That means no annual resets-once a deductible is met, you never have to pay the deductible for that condition again.
Age Limits
All new pets can enroll from birth until their 14th birthday. Once your pet is enrolled, they can be enrolled for life

Waiting periods vary by state. Please see your states policy for full coverage details.
However, other providers may have additional waiting periods for congenital conditions like hip dysplasia, Trupanion does not.
Exclusions
Trupanion was developed to protect you and your pet from unexpected illnesses and injuries. That means we don’t cover “predictable” care costs that you can plan ahead for, like:
Examination fees
Wellness and preventive care
Elective, or cosmetic procedures
Sales tax, where applicable
