Nice rep
The rep I spoke to was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately my issue needs to go through the appeals process. It remains to be seen if I would rec this ins company. My last claim was rejected due to my cat having"dirty ears" while in the shelter in Sept 2016 prior to his adoption and coverage and my last vet visit with him on Dec 15 2017 for scabs on his skin may be because of food allergies. It still has not been determined why he has scabs on his back but bc ear issues can be a symptom of allergies it was rejected. I currently have my vet writing in to appeal the decision since the dirty ears were found in cat who was a rescue and he was a stray when taken in to original shelter. There were no other ear conditions found after sept 2016 through present day and I am not happy that the company may be trying to get out of future coverage needed if this condition persists. He did not have any allergy like issues before this visit and my vet doesn't think "dirty ears" or an isolated ear infection is connected to scabs on his back now that MAY be food allergies or poss something else that has yet to be determined. I will anxiously await a response and a final determination to the appeal before making any final recommendations.
