Our pets are part of our pack, and it’s important to treat them with the same respect as our human family. A big part of that is to provide proper healthcare for our furry friends and enable a healthy lifestyle for pet families at both ends of the leash. With the costs of today’s pet care, having Spot in your corner is helpful for your pet’s health and wellness needs. Spot policies help cover a wide range of covered conditions such as accidents, illnesses, medications, diagnostics, exams for covered conditions, and treatment—even alternative therapies. Spot also provides preventative plans, which include dental cleanings, vaccinations, flea prevention and more for a little extra cost! Spot wants pet parents to worry less and play more with their furry family. Discover the peace of mind of having Spot Pet Insurance.

Spot insurance is a special business…

Spot insurance is a special business that does not have good intentions. My dog had a undiagnosed condition that they are calling a preexisting condition and are now denying claims. My Insurance started February 22 and the undianosed condition was supposedly December 1 after the dog went in for her shots and check up. In February we decided it would be good to have the pet ins as the dog was getting older. March 12 the dog went in because we thought she may have developed a thyroid disease. After a day of blood tests they dianosed her with Cushing's disease. What is written in a pets medical records and not revealed to the pet owners is a good reason not to get a policy from Spot Ins. They will not pay claims on undianosed conditions or for them what they claim is something was already preexisting conditions. i have cancelled the Ins after two payments asked for reimbursement a little after 30 days and they gave me the middle finger.

All pet insurance companies are trash

All pet insurance companies are trash. I started policy 15 days before I can actually pick up kitten from breeder so that she could be covered for 6 hour drive home and had to cancel because they called me to ask questions and said the 14 day waiting period begins after I pick her up. Despite the "30 day satisfaction guarantee" they allege they will not refund full price, they will charge me for the day of insurance.
