Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. I took pet insurance and platinum care plan for my pet in year 1 and the day of renewal, I cancelled the platinum care and the app let me cancelled effective that day itself and so I called them to check on the prorated refund since it was day1 after renewal and the agent on the call confirmed it.
I never received the refund and upon calling multiple times they finally answered saying they are not returning the money back. They kept a full month fees for 1 day of platinum care and they don’t give a damn about service.
I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.
