VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SPOT
I have had SPOT for 4 years plus now. Initially things went "ok" with claims, until now. I submit a claim and they are sitting on it. I have now sent 2 emails with the current clinical and treatment plan from my vet; while on phone "oh it's not coming through....I sent tit again,,,,,reluctantly, after about 1o minutes "Oh we have it now"; BOTH days I was given this nonsense. After I sent first email I get an email response that it will take 2 to 4 weeks for them to process my claim!!!!!!!!! This is absurd. I am being treated like I'm trying to get something for nothing. Not sure I will continue with this company after being treated this way. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SPOT AND THE WAY I AM BEING TREATED. My dog has been sick for couple of months now and vet trying to figure out what is wrong. I wasn't treated this way with my previous claims.
UPDATE: A day or 2 after I wrote this the claim was processed and approved and I have received my reimbursement. Nothing was said about my review here. Thank you for taking the time to respond now.
