Initially, this could have easily been a 1-star review because all my claims for my puppy’s illness were denied, labeled as pre-existing condition. But after an appeal and a thorough review, I finally received full reimbursement for all my claims. They corrected their mistakes and recalculated everything.
In the end, though they did cause me some stress, I’m happy it worked out (at least for now), and I hope things go smoothly in the future. I’m impressed by how the company took the time to really dig into my case, review all the evidence and vet statements, and admit they initially processed my claim incorrectly.
I’m giving 5 stars because I did get the outcome I wanted, and I can say the company does pay claims. For anyone else in a similar situation, my advice would be don’t rush to judge. Try working with customer support and backing up your case with evidences if you feel your claim was unfairly denied. Best of luck and wishing health to your pets!
