Revised review: We do recommend Spot (for now)
Spot pet insurance has taken over 2 months to reimburse for a neuter surgery. We have had countless interactions with outsourced customer service at Spot and no check has been received. We gave bank info to deposit in our account but they could not, for some reason, deposit so supposedly they sent a check: interesting they can take the money out monthly but cannot deposit! The website said successful bank info was entered. So they said they sent a check. We did not receive for a month so called and they cannot try to re deposit, they “have to mail it”. Still have not received. I wanted to believe they were a good company because of all the good reviews but our experience has been terrible. We will be finding a new company to insure our very healthy fur baby.
Revised review: after working with very helpful people at Spot we finally received the check this Saturday. Hallelujah!! We will stay with spot hoping the next reimbursement goes better. I Confirmed we are on direct deposit. So I changed my review to 5 stars because they reached out and went above and beyond to help us get our check.
