Been on hold on the phone multiple…
Been on hold on the phone multiple times for an hour. Every time I sign up for a call back somehow the call gets interrupted (I agree that could be my fault sometimes; never have I received a call back afterwards) Also I have a file to claim because my two new kitties that I adopted from the ACC were not totally healthy (unbeknownst to me). And the vet cost was over $1500 dollars. I signed up for SPOT insurance like 3 days before that vet visit and found I could still not be covered because the date the insurance is active isn’t until the end of the month. If I don’t get help for that claim with SPOT I’m leaving with a quickness.
