Terrible customer service
Submitted a claim that was denied because Spot transposed numbers on date of service so they said I hadn’t met the deductible when I had. Waited almost TWO MONTHS for this to be corrected and had to call multiple times. Finally got corrected and instead of direct deposit like every other claim they sent me a check by mail so I have to wait even longer. Very dissatisfied and will likely be canceling my plan. I pay way too much to have to fight this hard to get my reimbursement, especially when it was YOUR ERROR! Also, get an email! Working people don’t have time to sit on the phone to keep calling you.
