Happy with Spot
I get info on where claims are, how much is coming to me and when. I do have good coverage and hardly used it until this October when things just happened with my Cooper and, all of a sudden, we are at the Vet's every other day, it seems. Spot has covered what my plan shows. I get notified if extra info is required and their system is easy to handle
I do realize good insurance is expensive year round but here you have Cooper, all of a sudden having neck inflammation, then front legs started limping, then the back of his neck and back began to hurt terribly. I am very happy with Spot.
