Unhappy with Customer Service
I was dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Mathew at approximately 1:35EST on 1/2/23. I asked him why my claim was ineligible for reimbursement and he said because in April 2023 Lulu was treated for a cough and this was prior to her coverage which began in August, 2023. I pointed out that in July of 23 her diagnosis was for a respiratory infection and that now we have identified an enlarged heart as a separate issue. At 1 point Mathew said to me that I needed to get my times straight. The call ended with Mathew professing to take the matter back for research and calling me back. I found his tone and demeanor at the end of the call unprofessional.
