please read thoroughly when clients write an email to you. I am trying to be responsive by your inquiries and requirements asking for the medical records. And instead of reading through with I am asking, you guys will just send me an automated message and keep telling me I am not uploading anything.
and If it was not an automated message, then you guys need to have better working staff.
paying $140 per month for pet insurance and still getting this type of service? unbelievable!
out of $890, I know I am only going to qualify to get reimbursed for $100 and this is ok! I was aware of it. but even for $100, they will make things superrrr hard for you to get it!
if you can stay away from this company, stay away. they have horrible service.
