Spot has a left hand right hand problem
My frustrating experience with Spot lasted over two months.
After having sent in a claim with no response, I spoke via phone to the only number posted for service regarding the problem with at least two service representatives both of whom offered scripted reasons for the delay. Each said she would follow up on my disappeared claim and return my call. I heard back from neither.
At that point, I was beyond frustrated and sent in a duplicate claim with a note detailing my experiences.
At this point, my communication somehow arrived at the Mother Ship and my claim processed.
