Bad service, but good prices
They are difficult to contact after you are already a client and they are not open 24/7, so if you have an accident on Friday night you have to wait until Monday to speak to anyone. Also, they only want to live chat with you and really push you to do that rather than actually speaking to someone. Gave three stars for the decent prices they offer, otherwise I would have given two based on service alone.

I'm a new client that has been having…
I'm a new client that has been having issues managing my bank account and i noticed that Sonnet is being patient in regards to my unsufficient fund however creating charging to my account. I take responsibility however to regulate this situation.
