Refunds can take up to a month to receive, buyer beware.
Recently purchased insurance and found out I got the wrong policy. Found out that refunds take up to 15 days(wrong, they take longer). 18 days to get over $1000 back. There is absolutely no reason for this. I was sent an email that specifically stated 15 days for a refund, and I was talked down to by a phone rep who told me “no,it’s 20” even though my email said 15.
What business takes that long to give a refund? It’s an absolute joke.
