Poor communication
I got in a car accident last week, and the people I have spoken to were very respectful. However, it’s been a week and I am aware and was told that an adjuster would be assigned to my claim…. I have not heard anything from anyone, I’m pretty disappointed. I’ve called everyday since no one has called me. I know that with TD insurance an adjuster calls you literally the day after…. Not happy with my service at all
Your roadside assistance coverage is an absolute joke. It’s actually funny. its just. Peak Poor.
However overall cost of coverage in general can’t be beat. The savings in coverage Is far beyond an annual AMA membership for proper roadside assistance
