I am a new customer to Sonnet
I am a new customer to Sonnet. I also know that the best judge of this company is when a customer like myself has a claim and how Sonnet will react to those situations. The good part is that the company i had before, which was an agent from Hinton, Alberta raised my policy costs by $490.00 over last year
which was at $1150 to start with, and i've owned homes since 1959 with NEVER a claim. That company was Wawanesa. So with a cost of $1570 they're now asking why I didn't renew with them, nor can they explain why the increase!
So, thank you Sonnet, with my policy now under $700.and hopefully i never do have a claim. So that's why I give you 5 stars. Marcel Franche
