I was shopping for home insurance and I found Sonnet Insurance was one of the best

Simple, quick and easy!
I applied online for auto insurance with Sonnet. They have a fully-customizable, comprehensive application process to suit anyone's insurance needs. From start to finish the whole process took less than 15 minutes to accomplish. Their response time was rapid, and their quote on a price was the most reasonable one I found. Within an hour I was up and running. Very convenient!

Not easy at all to deal with the website/computer.
Difficult to get to talk with a real person.
You do not take any ownership of your mistakes/ computer glitches.
In my view ,one can judge a business on its return policy — think Costco—and in this respect you do not even deserve one star!!
