Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I did my quote easily online, called in to confirm the price and ask questions about payment/expected waiting time. The initial setup takes a few minutes and in a day or two it was active. Then I bought stickers for my plates online which checks for your insurance status. Basically within two days my car was on the road with all digital documents and in two weeks I got my plate stickers and any other documents I needed in the mail. Website is fast and easy to use. Customer service was the same experience and by that I mean I didn't have to wait on hold. The only issue I had was not having a credit card for first payment so I used Paypal then I used the website to change payment method afterwards.

I am very impressed with Sonnet and the simplicity and ease that it was to obtain my auto quote and set up my insurance, I bought my vehicle on a Sunday so there were no Insurance companies open to help me but the online option at Sonnet was easy and efficient.i realized that i had made a spelling error on my name and called in to speak to someone in customer service and he took care of the correction while i was on the line with him..I will definetely be recommending Sonnet to my family and friends.

Very good prices. I am a new adult driver and compared to other insurance agencies they gave me a chance at a good price that wasn't outrageous. Thank you Sonnet!
