My overall experience with Sonnet since switching to them from my previous provider a couple of years ago has been very positive very polite and helpful agents even through a recent accident they've been fantastic. Thank you sonnet.
I called in as there was an issue with my payment for some reason, but not sure what I spoke with Bruno and we got the issue resolved. They were easy to talk to knowledgable and friendly. It’s reasons like this, that I plan to stay with Sonnet for the foreseeable future, keep up the great work
