We recently had a car written off and…
We recently had a car written off and the insurance was canceled because of it. Then we heard we could get a new car and got online and got new insurance easy peasy.
I haven't had a claim with Sonnet, but every contact I've has been positive and efficient.
The website is easy to use and most changes you can make online yourself. My only complaint is that I detest dealing with the bot, but that applies to almost every company I've contacted in the past year.
