The company doing well anyway Ilove it

I've taken the time out to find a trusted space to leave a review on Sonnet. The business practice of this company is sketchy at best. Their adviser said to me on the phone that it is my responsibility to check that they've stopped billing me and quoted some auto renewal clause as a reason why they kept charging me even after my policy had ended and I had informed them i would not be moving forward. I had started a new and separate policy with them. Given that i had multiple insurance policies with them, they were not willing to make any compromise and informed me that i would be referred to a collection agency if i didn't pay up for a service that i didn't want and had been cancelled. Needless to say i have cancelled all my policies with Sonnet and i definitely will not be recommending their online business to anyone. I'll be offering disclaimers and advising clients to be careful of their shady practices.

I was trying to get a auto insurance quote. The car was not listed on the drop-down, I reached an agent, they suggested I choose the name which was also not listed on the drop-down. I just tried to fill in further, the online quote form wouldn't take my license number as is. It mentions that it is incorrect but it is excatly how it appears on my DL, I followed the logic that is used for the numbering and it is correct but the Sonnet application would not take it to be as is. I stopped the quote midway after so many issues. Do not recommend Sonnet.
