I’m very satisfied with the service. As a new auto insurance buyer, Dylan helped a lot in understanding the inclusions of the policy that would fit my needs.
I received my home policy renewal and the premium more than doubled. Very expensive upon renewal. Sonnet said they have to adjust the premium because of inflation and other risk factors. I cancelled my policy on the spot, and will look elsewhere. For information, the annual premium went from $1,200 to $2,700.
I was amazed of how their system works! I am a type of person that doesn’t want to speak to anyone thru phone for some reasons. Thanks to Sonnet! I have been looking for auto insurance but most of them wants me to call for more information but to Sonnet every thing is taken cared of online, the cost of my car insurance is reasonable because of my level of license but was happy because every thing is settled thru online!
