Great service but to be honest
To be honest, I was a little upset because I can’t retrieve the same price I used to pay for my auto insurance, but I understand because it’s also my fault, I just had to stop my insurance for a while for some reason and also I’m a student. But their service is great, no question about that. Thank you, however I’m still upset. Just kidding😁
On August 30, 2024 I had previously tried to cancel my insurance policy prior to the renewal date. The website was not allowing me to do so. After multiple attempts with system errors, on August 30th, I finally made a screenshot with the date stamp to confirm that my attempts were made prior to the renewal of my policy
I have now been trying to chat with a Insurance advisor and currently sitting on hold for over 3 and a half hours, and still no resolution happening.
To say I am frustrated is an understatement! It is now September 3rd with multiple attempts, multiple ways, I still have not been able to communicate with anyone.
