After over 5 years of being a customer, with all my properties insured via Sonnet, I sold and closed all my accounts with them.
The withdrawal account was a business account and was closed when the business closed. Sonnet attentped a withdrawal, which was returned. I emailed (because you certainly can't call them successfully) them to change account information or pay by credit card.
Email was not returned and today my account has been assigned to a collection agency. Don't do business with this company, their policies and procedures are flawed and the customer service people are rude and abrupt, and refused to take a payment after I discussed my concerns of their process and timelines for collection action.
I am not tech savvy and this experience getting car insurance online was relatively painless. I feel I received a fair quote and looking forward to using the safe driving app (if it’s not too complicated)
