We did everything online…the website was very easy to navigate and no hidden fees…the app is just as easy to navigate to download and print pink slips…highly recommend sonnet
I created my home and auto quotes online, tried to buy the policy and got a generic "oops something went wrong" error on their site.
Called them and they suggested to clear cache/cookies, and to try an incognito window. did all of those, none worked.
Tried another browser, same problem.
Called them 3 times for help. Nothing. Tried one more time and the agent said they have to escalate it to next level support which would take 14 days. FOURTEEN DAYS!
I started this process two weeks before my policy renews at another provider thinking I'll have plenty of time...nope. So the agent says "ok, I suggest you look for coverage elsewhere"
