Sonnet Shift has been satisfactory overall, but there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, the smooth driving data seems overly sensitive and often inaccurate, which can significantly impact your overall rating. I frequently ask my passengers about my stopping and slowing down, and 99% of the time, they agree it was perfect. However, the app typically gives me a rating of around 60-70%. Additionally, if a passenger uses your phone while you’re driving, the app assumes you are using it, which negatively affects your score. Even if you pull over to use your phone briefly, the app doesn’t recognize the stop and still penalizes you for phone usage while driving. After a three-month period, my discount changed to -14%, which is about $100 in savings. However, my payments have remained the same since I started, which is confusing. Moreover, the “Policy Section” now shows $0.00 for monthly payments, which needs clarification. Despite these issues, Sonnet Shift is affordable and generally good. If any of the mentioned issues are resolved, I will try to update my review.

Ok, so I've been with Sonnet for 4 years. No problems and their rates are really good. They are an online company and you can add or subtract coverages yourself via your account. If needed, live customer care is always available. I am very satisfied with this type of platform rather than dealing with insurance brokers. Sonnet's live agents have been personable and knowledgeable for the most part and I've always had any issues or requests resolved or granted. I highly recommend Sonnet Insurance. They're Easy Peasey to get what you want regarding insurance services. Today, Sonnet helped me tremendously. A special shout-out to Ms. "Amruta" in customer service who helped us correct a massive mistake.
