Allstate raised my car insurance by 35% this year so was looking to move my house and car insurance. Sonnet and their agents are amazing in use of technology to help with the move. I’ve never been so confident or had so much fun buying insurance! Best experience EVER!

They are friendly and understanding with their customers

A V O I D . Absolute garbage of a company. The amount of scam practices they put into their "services" is beyond me. Their password reset does not work, you're also unable to cancel the insurance from your account - for that you have to find a way to speak with a customer service, which is a journey of it's own. Shady practices, including bot reviews, as others mentioned. Stay away at any cost.

My experience with Sonnet was nothing but horrible. My insurance was canceled while I was inquiring about adding a driver. Sonnet charged me $1,888.51 for three cars and gave me a refund of only $415. I ended up being charged $1,472.95 for 20 days of coverage for three cars. This company is a complete scam. Please stay away and look for other insurance options.

Fairly easy to maneuver on the website. My last call to speak to a live person was excellent. Extremely pleased with the customer service from a person when they have so many items online. I needed to talk to someone and was served right away!
