Sonnet is very professional company and I got them for my house insurance it happen in about 5mins and they answer all the questions I wanted to know and there was no problems at all, good company.

Now, I am being denied insurance and asked to pay $2,000 to reinstate it, which I cannot afford as I am on disability. As a loyal customer with no prior missed payments, I feel this situation was mishandled due to poor communication. I request that my insurance be reinstated based on my payment history and the prior assurance given by your employee. I wouldn’t work with this company who only uses you for money and not understanding mistakes that happen
