The first year was great with sonnet , than after that my policies (both house and cars) went up for absolutely no reasons at all . I’ve never had to make a claim with them therefore I couldn’t tell you what that experience is like but if it’s anything like the customer service representative that I spoke with when I enquired on why my premiums went up then it will be nothing but rude answers . I needed to cancel my house insurance with them as they more than tripled the cost of the policy for no reason .. If your looking for a short term insurance company than they are for you . If not they will up your premiums as soon as you hit the two years mark .

Your customer service was excellent in responding to my inquiry. Increasing my home insurance 50% not so much.

We had water damage and the adjuster was able to get emergency services in to correct the damage. Also they got back to us quickly (a week) on what would be covered for the repairs. The adjuster has been friendly and helpful and has made our really unfortunate experience more smooth. The insurance approved company we've been working with, First on Site, has been excellent.

Have been with sonnet over a year now, great customer service and the cheapest rates I could find with the best coverage. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Prior I was living in BC and was an ICBC customer. So to go from them to these guys has been night and day. I have never been so happy, after a year they dropped my insurance rate lower aswell. So I now pay under $125/ month. It’s almost crazy!
