Bad experience !
It is great that there are so many good reviews about Pumpkin. But I had to cancel my cats membership because of not being reimbursed for a $625 bill and $65 vet bill since June of this year !
Constantly calling and getting same excuses that their software has been updated,blah blah blah…..
It’s not acceptable !
I pay for this insurance and can’t get reimbursed cause of some soft wear issue ????!!!!
So I cancelled and will give this company a zero rating !!! Also they didn’t even ask why I wanted to cancel, what was the issue….very bad bad customer service !!!!
