I don't seem to be able to get an answer about reducing my deductible. And I really hate it when I can't get a person on the phone when I call. I realize you are probably short-handed, but for goodness sake, find a way to call people back instead of expecting them to be on hold for a long time. I have been somewhat successful getting a to my question by using email, but your representative obviously doesn't know the answer. Do I REALLY have to cancel my new policy and start over? I need to have this issue resolved asap.
