Life is already stressful but then your…
Life is already stressful but then your pet gets ill and you need help! Pumpkin has always been there for me!! I love them! Hassle free. Easy to start a claim and they respond in a timely manner! I appreciate them and have already recommended them to a few of my friends!!

Helpful staff
Helpful in explaining what the policy covers. Also made it easy to submit my initial claim for annual health check. Reimbursement was soon after paperwork was submitted.

I do not know if I like or dislike yet because I have not used it yet. I just purchased it for my pup.
Monthly Cost
Plans start as low as $30 per month. Prices vary based on plan type, pet breed, age, and location.
Coverage
Every pet is covered by a 90% reimbursement rate to make it easier to say “yes” to the best possible care.
Payout Limits
Annual limits of $10,000, $20,000 or unlimited for dogs and $7,000, $15,000 or unlimited for cats.
Deductible
3 options: $100, $250, $500 and $1000
Age Limits
No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
Waiting Period
Insurance coverage begins 14 days after your policy begins for all conditions, including knee/ligament issues where some other policies make you wait 6 months for coverage. No waiting periods for preventive care (in fact, depending on when you received the care, you may be eligible for a retroactive refund).
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered. However, unlike some other pet insurances, Pumpkin’s plan covers some curable pre-existing conditions if symptom-free for 180 days, with the exception of knee and ligament conditions. For full terms, visit pumpkin.care/insurancepolicy.
