Awful experience-Stay Away
Awful experience!
Pumpkin works exceptionally hard to find a way to make something out to be pre existing even when the link is incredibly tenuous.
It’s taken months to get denied and then months more to go through appeals. Our incident was in December, it’s now May.
They never reached out to our vet as requested for explanation when we appealed so we had to appeal again. We had to do all the leg work for them and all to no avail.
Thoroughly disgusted and disheartened. I have never, in decades of animal ownership and years of insurance, seen a company work so hard to deny.
