they were very helpful

I have 2 small dogs I never had pet ins. until now and they cover everything for a wellness check up for 8and 10 weeks old vet bill was close to 300.00 I paid and pumkin ins. said they cover 100 percent and waiting to refund direct deposit in my account

Pumpkin insurance - A fast paying reliable pet insurance company

Pumpkin has provided my baby with great insurance coverage. His asthma has gotten progressively worse, and because Pumpkin has reimbursed my vet bills, cost is not even a consideration when I go to the vet, I can just get what they recommend. I had a great experience with my claim with the pumpkin reps. They answered all my questions and the process was so easy.

Monthly Cost

Plans start as low as $30 per month. Prices vary based on plan type, pet breed, age, and location.

Coverage

Every pet is covered by a 90% reimbursement rate to make it easier to say “yes” to the best possible care.

Payout Limits

Annual limits of $10,000, $20,000 or unlimited for dogs and $7,000, $15,000 or unlimited for cats.

Deductible

3 options: $100, $250, $500 and $1000

Age Limits

No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

Insurance coverage begins 14 days after your policy begins for all conditions, including knee/ligament issues where some other policies make you wait 6 months for coverage. No waiting periods for preventive care (in fact, depending on when you received the care, you may be eligible for a retroactive refund).

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. However, unlike some other pet insurances, Pumpkin’s plan covers some curable pre-existing conditions if symptom-free for 180 days, with the exception of knee and ligament conditions. For full terms, visit pumpkin.care/insurancepolicy.
