The buying experience was seamless

The buying experience was seamless. I got my puppy at a shelter and am very happy with him. I want to make sure he is healthy, especially the first couple years of his life so I took extra insurance in these formable years. I hope the rest of the experience is as good as the purchase.

I called Prudent Pet Health Insurance…

I called Prudent Pet Health Insurance yesterday. I am very happy that Peter answered my phone. I was looking for the good health insurance for my 2 Pemroke Gorgis. Peter answered all my questions giving me detailed information on Illness Benefits and Accident Benefits. After explaining info on coverage, deductible and monthy premiums and claims I ask about Wellness Policy .I asked questions and each time received very helpful explanation. I knew I chose the right pet insurance and the right polices. Thank youi Peter. You just represented your company in the best possible way.

I filled out the application for…Prudent Pet Insurance

I filled out the application for Prudent Pet Insurance online which was pretty simple. Just giving information about my pet. Someone from the company called the next day to set up payments and to go over the policy with me. All in all, it was an easy process. I haven't had to use the insurance yet, but expect that will go smoothly as well.

Getting my Ralph all set the right way.

I just enrolled my kitty Ralph and from my resent experience so far with the very nice and kind representative that I spoke to her name is Monica I look forward to being with this company as long as my Ralphie needs them thank you for your time&help support is very important to me indeed.

Monthly Cost

Monthly rates start at $10 for Accident only and $16 for Accident & Illness coverage. Those rates vary based on species, age, breed as well as your location.

Coverage

We cover based on the actual vet bill and have options for 90%, 80% or 70% reimbursement.

Payout Limits

We offer limits of $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and an unlimited plan.  There are no lifetime limits with any option you choose.

Deductible

Choose a deductible that works best for you and your family, we offer $100, $250 and $500 options.

Age Limits

We have no age limits, but your pet will need to be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

For our accident & illness plans (essential & ultimate), we have a 14-day waiting period. Our accident-only policy only has a 5-day waiting period. There is no waiting period for wellness coverage.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered by our policies. Optional Wellness Details We have two preventive/wellness plan options. Our basic option costs $9.95/month* and our Prime option costs $24.95/month*. These cover things like wellness exams, dental cleanings, or flea/heartworm prevention. Reimbursement for these is based on a set maximum annual amount. *Correct Jan. 2019
