Excellent Pet insurance …

I’m very glad that I picked up prudent pet insurance than any others . They really care about pets. I mean it…Their response is very fast for any claims . I spoke to Jennifer Tapia and she is extremely soft spoken and explain the benefits clearly . Also, she keeps a track on the claim and inform the client about the decision of underwriter. I believe this is one among top insurances ,who are not one sided (who usually denies) about their decision on appeal claims. They thoroughly check claims case by case and do needful justice to the owners of pets. I strongly suggest this insurance for every pet owner to give a chance .

Great service

Monica was an extremely good representitive in helping me reinstate a new policy for my dog, she helped clear of any confusion for me and even though we lost connection on call a few times she helped make sure we finished the process despite a few hiccups. She also gave me other options to help lower the cost while getting the most out of my benefits, overall I felt extremely satisfied with my service with Prudent!

Monthly Cost

Monthly rates start at $10 for Accident only and $16 for Accident & Illness coverage. Those rates vary based on species, age, breed as well as your location.

Coverage

We cover based on the actual vet bill and have options for 90%, 80% or 70% reimbursement.

Payout Limits

We offer limits of $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and an unlimited plan.  There are no lifetime limits with any option you choose.

Deductible

Choose a deductible that works best for you and your family, we offer $100, $250 and $500 options.

Age Limits

We have no age limits, but your pet will need to be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

For our accident & illness plans (essential & ultimate), we have a 14-day waiting period. Our accident-only policy only has a 5-day waiting period. There is no waiting period for wellness coverage.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered by our policies. Optional Wellness Details We have two preventive/wellness plan options. Our basic option costs $9.95/month* and our Prime option costs $24.95/month*. These cover things like wellness exams, dental cleanings, or flea/heartworm prevention. Reimbursement for these is based on a set maximum annual amount. *Correct Jan. 2019
