Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

Best Best is fantastic. We compared all the other pet insurance companies before signing up with Pets Best. We purchased the insurance when we first brought our little girl home. We have Best Wellness, so it encouraged us to get her 6th month check-ups and regular maintenance. That in and of itself is a reason to have it...but as with any insurance, one hopes, and often thinks, it will never really be needed. When Summer was only 2 she very sick, likely from the tremendous heat. Pest Best was there, and we were able to get her well..we did not have to worry like most people we saw at the Vet ER. Having to make the most difficult decision, because they could not afford t pay for treatment.Then two years ago, we found Summer sick again---she has Immune mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA), treatment is VERY expensive, and on going. Pets Best has been great, even reimbursing our vet so our out of pocket is very small. We are at the end of our coverage as our limit was $7000, but I am thankful that they have been there for this. We could not have done this without Pets Best. Thank you!!

I have been a policy holder at PetsBest for about 5 years. I have had three dogs covered and have never had a problem. I love the new direct deposit option for the reimbursements. Good company!

Claims service was fast, efficient, and exactly as promised. I was very impressed with the hassle-free claims form and claim processing. I would highly recommend Pets Best, without reservation.

I have had Pet's Best since we adopted our ex-racing greyhound. Having been through several health issues and surgery, it has been a relief to have this plan. This week they had my claims processed the same day! AND I had the reimbursement in my bank in 2 days! Wish I could get this type of service from my health plan.

Recently added a maltese puppy to our family and our breeder talked to us about insurance. We had never thought of buying insurance for a pet before...seemed like a luxury we couldn't afford. Plus we had the same attitude towards pet insurance as we had about our own "human" insurance and the absolute dread in dealing with the company. However, with Diva being a puppy and the life expectantcy of 15 to 18 years, shots, accidents, illness, spayed, etc., we decided to check into insurance for her. Pets Best had the rating I was looking for and offered a package we could afford. I can't begin to adequately say how awesome this investment has been. The claims are pre-filled with all information when downloaded. All I need to add is a brief description of treatment and attach the vet's statement. Within a FEW and I mean FEW days we receive word that the claim was received. And that it was processed with any money reimbursement directly deposited into our personal checking account. Voila!!! When I had a question about a claim, that same day I received email clarification PLUS a personal phone call from a representative. This is the best, easist, hassle free, terrific coverage, friendly and fast customer service insurance company ever! Wish our "human" insurance was as accessible!
