Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

Policy only in effect for 2 weeks, I uploaded a wellness claim for a spay and vaccinations to their website on Sunday evening, by the end of business Monday (less than 24 hours later), they had direct deposited payment to my bank account. You really can't ask for faster than that.

I have 7 animals. My greatest fear was that something might happen and I would have to put one down because I could not afford the vet bill. I was able to afford the $500 deductible for all the animals. I am thrilled with the no hassle claims, the speed with which they are processed, and the real concern for the animal when I have spoken with customer service. One of my spaniels has glaucoma. There is never a problem with the opthamlogists visits and the meds she requires. 2 friends to whom I recommended pets best are equally happy after switching to pets best from another company.

Even though all of my claims did not get paid, the response time was incredible. I faxed my claims in about 6pm one evening, and by 11am the next day, I had email alerts telling me the claims were being processed---by 2pm--my claims were processed--and within days, money was in my account. Again, not all of my claims were paid--but the quick response is truly a thing of beauty! Thank you, Pets Best!!!

INITIALLY, I WAS DOUBTFUL BUYING THIS INS FOR MY 2 DOGS,GEORGIE & SHEA. LAST TIME I SIGNED UP FOR PET INS WITH ANOTHER INS.COMPANY I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH. I'M VERY HAPPY TO SAY THAT PETBEST IS A QUALITY PET INS. COMPANY IN MANY WAYS.I'M ALWAYS SURE I'LL GET PAID CORRECTLY. NEVER A DOUBT. IF I QUESTION THEM AS TO A FEE OR A DEDUCTION I'M ALWAYS THE ONE THAT'S INCORRECT. I RECENTLY LOST (6/13/12) MY 13 YEAR OLD COCKER GIRL SHEA PESTBEST,IMMEDIATELY SENT US THE KINDESS MOST THOUGHTFUL CONDOLENCES. I HAVE HAD ONLY VERY GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH PETBEST FROM THE BEGINNING.

Ive had Pets Best for my young Maltese. He has been stricken with so many illnesses and ailments this past year that I was so worried I would lose him. Our vet was finally able to pinpoint the source of most of his problems, Hypothyroidism. He also has back problems. He was put on meds and now after a few months is doing so much better! He is almost back to his playful Maltese self! I spent alot of money on tests, bloodwork, meds, X-Rays and visits! I would do anything to save my pet but wouldnt have been able to afford it without the coverage provided to us by Pets Best! All of my claims have been approved, and yes Ive paid my co-pays, and deductibles ..but always get a portion of the claim back. That helps me so much! This is the first time Ive had insurance on any of my dogs and he is the first to have many issues. Im always worried a claim wont be approved ...but they have all been so far. My premium has increased for the first time on this year's renewal but only went up a small amount. Nothing drastic. I hope my dog gets better so he can simply enjoy his doggie life. He will require meds for the rest of his life but thanks to Pets Best he will have a good quality of life because of the safety of insurance in case anything else comes up. THANK YOU to Pets Best!
