Pets Best is the best for pet insurance

Our dog was diagnosed with a reaction to the rabies shot that caused HGE in our Pom. She spent 5 nights at the vet clinic receiving treatment. I filed my claim on line, and within a week Pets Best processed and paid the claim exactly the way my policy reads. I have had Pets Best for almost 5 years now and recently added a second fur baby to the policy. Again they have reimbursed according to her policy. They are always consistent and their customer service is excellent. I really like being able to file on line and the direct deposit and auto policy payments make the process so easy. We are happy to be a client of Pets Best.

Happy I Signed Up!

My dog got ahold of a larger dog's dog treat and ate the whole thing. She was in the hospital for 24 hours and the bill was over $800. I am so happy I signed up for Pets Best. With my $100 deductible and 90% coverage I paid less than $200 for her treatment. What a blessing. In the past, I had VPI insurance for another dog and their benefits schedule was terrible. I like Pets Best because they pay based on what your vet bill is. I submitted my claim and about a week later they paid my claim and sent the money to my bank account. Their rates are also reasonable. I highly recommend them!!

Have 13 pets and love this insurance!

I have all my cats on Pets Best Policies. So far, every claim I've submitted, Pets Best has paid 80% after the deductible. I've always had the best experience with them. I highly recomment this insurance to everyone. The cost is minimal to

Pets Best is one of our best investments ever

We submitted a very expensive claim for our old dog... medicine he needed because our young puppy loves to play with him, and the blood test our Vet insisted upon because he is an OLD DOG.The claim of $338.39 was covered, and Pets Best paid us $302.86. AMAZING. They are quick to process claims (and I use snail mail) and they have only not paid when I have not met the deductible. I wish Pets Best would be our personal insurance: they certainly pay better. We did select a higher monthly payment with a larger return on the claim, but it is totally worth it. I would recommend this insurance to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
