The BEST!!!

I absolutely LOVE having this insurance. I have recommended you so many times to everyone I come in contact with when I volunteer with 2 of my dogs at West Point and hospice-two of my 4 are therapy dogs.

Peace of Mind

Health-wise, this was not a good year for our 6-year old wonderful Labrador Retriever. In November she had to have surgery for a torn cruciate ligament and then a month ago we had to take her in for what we were afraid was a serious stomach problem. Happily, the x-rays determined that the stomach issue was not serious. For both issues Pets Best reimbursed us for the full amount (minus the deductible we had selected and the co-pay of course). Having Pets Best insurance gives us peace of mind, knowing that we will never have to make medical decisions for our dog based on the cost of treatment.

Amazing service, excellent customer service!

My dog was very ill at the beginning of January. His bill was over $3,500 and petsbest covered almost ALL of it! Pet insurance is so important. You never know when your pet can fall ill and knowing they have your back is a Godsend. If you're like me, pets are family and you will do anything for them. Pet's Best has been absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
