I would not be without Pets Best coverage!

Pets Best pays promptly according to my plan (unlike other insurance companies who, in my experience, did not). I am confident that I can afford the vet care my dogs need. I would not be without Pets Best coverage and recommend it to everyone I know as well as complete strangers. I don't care what the premiums are, I want the peace of mind that I will not have to put down my dogs because I cannot afford the needed treatment.

Great Experience

Have had Pets Best insurance for 9 years for 2 dogs and never had to use it until now. Having insurance helped ease my mind when we had to go to emergency vet and they started doing many tests. So easy to file claims and receive payment. Very happy with this company.

A great pet insurance!

Yet another great experience with Pets Best! I brought my pet to the vet the last week of April, got reimbursed in 7 business days. What can I say? Proven and tested, Pets Best is the best insurance to cover my pet's needs, especially that she is now a senior. My nephew is getting a dog come August, and I will definitely recommend Pets Best to him.

Excellent Company - Great employees.

I have had Pets Best Coverage for approximate.y 1 year and my experience has been excellent. Because of claims I submitted I was in contact with your representatives on numerous occasions regarding the paperwork. THey have been professional , extremely courteous and helpful. They stayed in contact with me throughout,both via telephonically and email in a timely manner.. I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received. I would recommend Pets Best without any reservation. Your Customer service is the best.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
