I Absolutely Love That I Can S…

I absolutely love that I can submit my pets claims online and attach a photo of the vet bill and that claims are direct deposited into our checking account...so much easier and faster than having to mail in! "

What A Blessing This Insurance…

What a blessing this insurance has been! When faced with taking my dog Brody to the ER and seeing the price structure..i believe this Pet Insurance is a MUST! Thank you so much for being the company we needed to help our little dog. Paid claim at $100 deductanle 90% coverage. 2 days in ER totalling almost $1500!

I sent my claim on line through your website. I did not hear from anyone, i.e. cell, e-mail notification. However, I received payment by mail in a week and 1/2 which I was pleased.

Best Decision i have made to get Pets Best

Pest Best has been outstanding.. We have a Sphynx Cat, have had to take to vet, he got pheumonia, filed claim, and pets best covered the office visit, xrays, shot, and take home medicine (minus % of course). Cannot be HAPPIER with how they have treated me with my little buddy. And claim paid in under 5 days to boot.. you cant ask for more than that

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
